Before working with Nattacia, I wasn’t even aware that I was speaking at a pace that made it difficult for others to follow. Many of my words blurred together, my eye contact during meetings was almost non-existent, and my voice lacked presence. I felt embarrassed when I “blanked out” while speaking, which made me reluctant to participate and created a negative cycle of avoidance.

During the 2-week Bootcamp Intensive Course, I learned to slow down my speech and enunciate clearly. Nattacia taught me to focus on different focal points while speaking and introduced breathing techniques that gave me sustained energy and confidence.

As a result of the course, I was able to articulate my thoughts clearly in meetings, gather my ideas effectively, and focus on connecting with others while delivering my message. People began to notice that I could hold the room, which allowed me to become more actively involved in important discussions.

Even though the bootcamp was just two weeks back in 2012, the lessons I learned have stayed with me to this day.
